In view of the recent significant spike of cases in Sabah, many children and young people are badly affected. Issues such as shortage of food, sanitation, hygiene packs and medical equipment are rising. Our frontliners and NGOs on ground have endured a mental and physical fatigue for the past few months and we realised that we need to take action to aid the people of Sabah and save lives.
This overwhelming situation has called for an action to aid the local communities. There are families who do not have food on the table and we want them to know that all Malaysians are here to support the people of Sabah.
Selangor Youth Community in collaboration with #SabahBangkit, two youth led movements in Selangor and Sabah are joining hands to organise this campaign and help the affected Sabahans.
